The 3M™ VHB™ Surface Cleaner consists of a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water in the ratio of 90:10. It can be used on different smooth materials like metals, plastics or painted surfaces to remove oils and other contaminants which could interfere with forming a good bond. Compatibility should be checked beforehand.
