The 3M™ 381 Headband Assembly is installed behind the mask is the elastic band where the mask is fixed on the head. When the headband of the mask cannot be used due to long use time or other reasons of wear, it is not necessary to replace the full face mask, just replace the headband, and the cost is greatly saved.
Replacement head harness assemblies are available for 3M Reusable Respirators and can be fitted by a trained user or a service centre, if the original head harness becomes lost or damaged.
