3Mers and alumni volunteer their time, talents and expertise to improve lives in their communities. Thousands of 3Mers participate through 3Mgives corporate volunteer programs, mentoring students and youth, serving on nonprofit boards and helping people in need around the world.

3M ImpactSelected employees from the 3M Philippines and 3M GSC were part of the skills-based volunteering program needed by nonprofit partners. By participating, the volunteers helped drive positive change for local community issues such as advancing equitable outcomes, responding and crafting programs for community resilience.
